An offence that can be tried wither at the Magistrate or Crown Court.

The facts that describe an allegation. Can be written, verbal or physical - weapons/blood stains/clothes etc.
Evidence
A professional person who gives evidence in his own field of expertise. Only they can give their opnion about matters, other witnesses must give facts.
